MEDICAL DIRECTOR - PART TIME

Women’s Health and Counseling Center (WHCC) is seeking an energetic, hands-on Medical Director responsible for developing, approving, and implementing all medical policies used by WHCC in accordance with state and federal guidelines.  She/he provides primary health care to the center’s clients, and medical consultation to the center’s staff. 

Minimum Qualifications

A valid license to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey, as well as: Board certification in Internal Medicine, or Board certification in Family Practice. Extensive clinical experience in providing comprehensive primary health care to women. 

Illustration of Duties

• Provide health care to WHCC clients including office based gyn and surgical procedures.

• Develop, approve, and implement all medical policies for WHCC.

• Provide leadership and direction for clinical aspects of WHCC, including but not limited to:  expansion of medical services, program development, and staff training programs.

• Review all externally requested studies, including but not limited to:  blood work, cultures and cytology, radiologic testing, and consultant recommendations.

• Review all patient care audits and site evaluations.

NURSE PRACTITIONER - PART-TIME
 

Opportunities:

• Part-time positions available
• Providing GYN and/or Primary medical care and treatment to patients in a beautiful women's health care center
• Hours may include Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings 3-9 PM
• NO weekends or major holidays

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in NJ
• Two years experience in family planning/reproductive health or primary care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
